All orders are subject to acceptance by Taiga Knitwear Pvt. Ltd.

Product availability is subject to fabric, trims, and production capacity.

Prices are indicative and subject to change without prior notice until officially confirmed.

All prices are exclusive of applicable GST, freight, duties, and other statutory taxes unless otherwise stated.

Custom, private-label, and corporate manufacturing orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Orders may only be modified before production begins and upon written approval from Taiga.

Production is carried out strictly as per the approved sample, artwork, measurements, and specifications.

Minor variations in colour, print placement, stitching, or measurements within industry tolerances shall not be considered defects.

Delivery schedules are estimates only and may vary due to production, logistics, or circumstances beyond our control.

Taiga shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government regulations, or supplier delays.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the transporter or logistics partner.

Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report shortages or manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery.

Claims made after the inspection period may not be accepted.

Payment terms shall be as agreed in the Purchase Order, Proforma Invoice, or Sales Agreement.

Delayed payments may attract interest as per mutually agreed commercial terms.

All product designs, photographs, catalogues, graphics, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of Taiga Knitwear Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

All client information, product designs, and manufacturing specifications received for private-label or contract manufacturing projects shall remain strictly confidential.

Taiga reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

The company reserves the right to update product specifications, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or business transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
